• Our one-time Setup Fee is $99. Once we have activated your DVR for you, this fee becomes non-refundable.
• Our Hosting Fee is $89.95/month for DIRECTV and only $79.95/month for DISH's Sling-Loaded Hopper (look here for details). We keep your credit card information on file and charge it for hosting each month. This is the only recurring payment we collect from you.
• You pay DISH or DIRECTV for programming directly/automatically via the credit card you provide. Once we have activated your account, you may make changes to your payment method as you see fit.
• If you provide a U.S. Social Security number and you meet the credit criteria, no equipment deposit is required and your DVR is FREE.
• If any additional up-front fees are required by your content provider, we'll let you know before they charge you (e.g. DISH Flex accounts or for customers who lease a DVR while building their credit) 
• If you do not provide a U.S. Social Security number or you do provide one, but do not meet DIRECTV's credit criteria, DIRECTV will require a $300 deposit and would credit it back to you at a rate of $5/month. They will also charge a non-refundable fee of $199 for your leased High-Definition Digital Video Recorder. For information about DIRECTV's policies, please look here.
• DISH has a similar policy, but they charge $229 for the DVR, a Sling-Loaded Hopper, then you own it. DISH also offers a no credit check, no contract plan called "DISH Flex", look here for details!
• You have complete control over your satellite service and may change your programming options and/or manage your account directly with your content provider

DISH Programming Packages  You may place an order for new DISH service through our website and we will handle the rest. The pricing shown here may differ from what you'll see at dish.com because it assumes that you have excellent credit and includes a "Hopper with Sling" HD DVR which allow you to stream through the DISH Anywhere website or Mobile App. Each DISH^® package includes unlimited access to Pandora and Sirius/XM Satellite Radio at no extra charge.
